DVD Player
Our old Philips DVD player died yesterday. We have been using it for quite sometime and I guess it just gave up on us. Their is already something wrong with the plug as it needs the right timing to plug and put it on. So after almost a month of waiting for Samsung to give us the free Samsung DVD player which is smaller, hubby was forced to call them again since they have somehow neglected us after we have already paid the Samsung LCD TV. If we do not call them they won’t even remember they have not given the free DVD player. Their after sale customer service is poor particularly the Gaisano Mall branch. Anyway, good thing we have the new free DVD player. We won’t think anymore that they neglected serving us with our requests.
