Counting 1 to 10

My son is learning to count from one to ten. I think I have to spend more quality time to teach him basic thing like counting and the alphabet. But being a stay at home mom and work at home mom at the same time and it is just the two of us here when hubby is at work, it not as easy as it looks. Anyway, I should devote more time even just an hour in the morning then another hour in the afternoon… teaching and helping him learn things.

Move That Body

Just have to tell myself to “move that body”! As much as I would wish it was different but I sort of have a sedentary lifestyle. I sit too much most of the day and I lack physical exercise. So lately when I take a break online, I go walking around the house, dance, jog or march in place, just about any movement as long as I move my body. I missed biking and we do not have a bike here except for my son’s three-wheeled bike. LOL!

Vacation for the Family

I wanna have a vacation for our family soon. It would be great to have it during hubby’s birthday in December. Hubby and I are still trying to decide if we will go back to the destination we usually go to for our vacation early next year. Family Friendly Vacation is what hubby and I need since we will be bringing along the lil boy with us. I have heard of those family oriented vacation packages like the Carribean luxury vacation which would be such a great treat to experience. They have family-oriented suites, baby equipment and toy loan services, hip hangout for teens which has interactive games am sure they will enjoy, an there is also what they call Azulitos Kid’s Club for the kiddos. What I am looking forward to is the opportunities for parents to spend time alone which I hope that means they offer nanny services there too. But I think if I tell my younger sis to come along, she’ll be happy to be obliged to be my son’s nanny.

Gotta Be Strong

I have got to be be strong as I am feeling under the weather at this point. Hubby is at work already and I am alone with the lil boy at home. I wanna go to a children’s birthday party with the lil boy but when I look outside it is threatening to rain. Where is Mr. Sun? It has been “bed weather” for the past few days though it only rained yesterday at dawn. I wanna sing “Rain, rain go away come again another day… Mommy wants to eat and play” LOL! Grape Boy

My son loves grapes so much and we noticed he eats a lot of it at one time. He can consume one pack by himself if we don’t stop him. He loves grapes so much. We usually buy the seedless grapes particularly the one which is oblong in shape and not the round ones they usually call globe grapes. Play Time

Hubby took a little time off from his PC and had play time with our lil boy. They were playing with the toy gun that my son picked at the mall one time we went to buy him a toy. He suddenly got a liking for a toy gun then. It crossed my mind what if he does come to like games using guns. I hope he finds another kind of safer sport though. But I know a old friend of mine whose hubby has a liking for guns. I have to emphasize though that these guns are not toys okay!
