Correct Time to Drink Water
I just got this from a friend of mine. It’s about the correct time to drink water that will maximize its effectiveness to the human body. I am not sure if this is true but it might help us in some way. I don’t see anything wrong with it anyway.

- Two glasses of water after waking up as this helps activate the internal organs.
- One glass of water 30 minutes before eating meals as this helps in digestion.
- One glass of water before taking a bath as it helps lower blood pressure.
- One glass of water before sleeping to avoid stroke or heart attack.
