Get in Shape

New Year in a few days from now and I bet a lot of people out there are trying to make up their new year’s resolutions. I really do not make a resolution but more of to do list for the coming year and among them is to get back in shape this coming 2010. I really need that health-wise and I think a lot of us do need that after the holidays. A few days ago I was browsing though exercise equipments like the elliptical, treadmills, exercise bikes, ab machines, etc. that are part of the year end sale of Proform this weekend. They offer free shipping if you pay in full that is. I would like a stationery bike that is if he won’t get me a real bike which can also be useful for him and me to help us get back in shape.
