Quaker Instant Oatmeal Banana & Honey Flavor

Recently tried this Quaker Instant Oatmeal Banana & Honey Flavor since I liked the taste when I tried the small pack of this. I am trying other better options of food and tried oatmeal which is said to contain soluble fiber that is said to reduce the risk of heart disease, helps digestion and can be a source of energy. Having read somewhere about the benefits of whole grain, I bought this big pack.

However since last week, I noticed that after eating this I would somehow start with a headache. I guess since this contains a high content of sodium which can trigger headache. So I stopped eating this after awhile after having consumed more than half of it already. Maybe I should better read the labels more next time and watch out for that sodium especially when it can trigger hypertension. But for those who don’t have that concern, they can eat this.
