Swimming
Summer is just less than two months away. I bet a lot of you are already thinking of your summer escapades. While I am also thinking of the possibility of enrolling the little boy in a swimming class. Their summer class this year will include a choice of either soccer or swimming class. If only we could opt for both, I think it would be good for his experience. I think it will be fun too. Since he already played soccer last summer until almost three months ago, I think swimming will be a good thing to try for him this time if we really have to choose.
Another idea that I had in mind too was for us to buy a kiddie swimming pool. He surely will have fun and I could already imagine his excitement. If we could only have a pool of our own in the backyard so he can learn to swim from there. Just an idea that I have as I read about these solar sun rings, a passive solar swimming pool heating device that are easy to handle, use and store as well.
Thinking about swimming reminds me of that time years before when I enrolled in a swimming class myself after my sister enrolled as well. It was fun to swim and I miss swimming in the pool. I am no swimmer but I would love to learn to swim again even if it would mean learning it together with my little boy.
