On Your Own Time
I already have a little boy in preschool and his education won’t stop from now on. Hubby and I work hard and harder in order to be able to provide for his future needs and education. We believe it is one of the best gifts we can ever give to him and leave him as we go through life. He is currently enrolled in a non traditional kind of school. Different kind of teaching and more advanced too compared to what I have gone through as well as hubby.
He learns progressively and so far he seems to be doing fine. I am not sure now if I want to transfer him to traditional school next year as we originally planned. Come to think of it, his school opened my eyes to a different kind of education that I have somehow learned to appreciate and something I have not experienced being educated in the traditional school. They learn and do thing on their on time.
Fast forward, I wonder if there would be a college department in their kind of school by the time that my son reaches college. At this time, there are schools that offer online accredited degrees where you could also learn at your own time. Their programs work to fit your lifestyle, and their interactive programs are among the best. This kind of school is an open option for hubby and me on how we see the future for our son in terms of education. Now our minds are open to non traditional kind of school where one can learn on your own time.
Selling Back Books
A few days ago, hubby and the little boy worked hand in hand packing away toys of the little boy in his room that he does not use anymore so as to clear the space and put them in the cabinet. Now I also thought about some books that I was able to bring as well as those that I still left in my parents house since we moved here. I just saw the Mad Science Philippines with Astroboy Julius Arvin Atayde and Android Anna Balmonte on ANC tonight. They are indeed great for for party entertainment which young kids will surely enjoy and I am even amused and amazed myself. This is great for kids who are inclined to science and doing experiments. It looks really fun to have them to entertain kids at a birthday party perhaps as they will learn and will be able to bring home some of the projects and stuff that they can make during the party.
