Looking at these beautiful partnership rings shown by another friend, just reminds me that I need to think about getting our rings adjusted. It should be put on my priority to-do list and I have to remind hubby that he should be able to fix a schedule when he is free from work and we can go to the jeweler to have our rings adjusted. This is one thing we have long postponed. High time to do this long postponed thing we should have simply done a long time ago.

Christmas at Max’s

Found this Christmas themed paper place mats of Max’s to be simple yet nice! It comes in colors red and green too. They may not have much decors in their store but with the words “Sarap kapiling ngayong Pasko” written in the center of their Christmas paper mats, this serves as an invitation to Pinoy loyal customers to dine at Max’s with the family and friends this yuletide season.

I promised my sister I will have the information she needs about this favor by tomorrow morning. It will be a long weekend after all and everyone will be busy. I have to email the details to her by tomorrow so here I am checking on this gps thing before calling it a night. One more thing too, I almost forgot to take my meds. Got to be feeling better by tomorrow.

My dear dad brought me and hubby one each of this hot chocolate from McDonalds. A simple treat for me that makes up my morning. He brought this to us this morning while I asked him to buy pancakes for the little guy. My daddy is so easy to talk to when hubby and I ask a favor and we are ever grateful he is one those people in my family that we can readily count on.

Thank you daddy for this hot choco! It is actually a fave of mine and hubby.

The boys and I had simple dinner at home then went out to the AMall for me to buy some important grocery stuff while the little boy was able to play at the W.playhouse for only an hour. He was not able to take an afternoon nap for the past few days, retiring earlier than before at night. He must have felt comfortable sleeping inside his old, torn Pooh tent, he dozed off as soon as he laid his head on the little green pillow he placed inside.

Time flies and the weekend just flew past by to be honest. It’s a little past midnight of Monday here already. It seems like it was just yesterday when I started my 100 days countdown to Christmas. Are you ready for Christmas? I want to save up so much for the holidays. I am praying financial blessings will pour while praying for good health for me, my boys and my family during the holidays.

I remember our health concerns last year. I don’t want any repeat of that so I have been seriously praying for good health all through our lives which could be one of the greatest Christmas gift and blessing that will be granted. I will continue to pray each day for good health and blessings to my family and to all.

May we enjoy the holidays and prepare for Jesus birthday.

Our finances have been prioritized according to what we need most. Though I am still open to possibilities like getting a car through one of those Auto equity loans that someone told me are said to be safe, secure and convenient. In fact it reminds me that sometime last year we got an offer to avail of a car loan. It was so tempting at first that we almost had a car of our own then but with priorities set for in terms of our finances, I had to put it off. Yet we remain hopeful for who knows one day we will be able to buy a car for sale that also happens to be hubby’s dream car since.

Now the plane ticket is twice the price than that missed promo. I am just praying there is still another better airline promo coming up soon. There was a zero fare promo but that got sold out before we could even open the CEB website. It was kind of expected. We would be so lucky if we got in that promo. Am still praying for another promo. There is still hope that we can save more.

Time will indeed come when we will be seniors ourselves, getting easily tired when we roam these big malls in town, talking about our families and granchildren, memories from the past to more serious matters like that seniors life insurance among other things. My parents are both seniors too but they don’t like the malls and rarely do you find them going in for they’d rather stay home or attend to church activities. So they are the kind of seniors that hubby won’t find in the family lounge area of any mall.
