Need Help

I was surprised to have been contacted by one of our distant relatives who is temporarily based and living in New Jersey right now. Years before, they were based in Boston but he has different job right now and has to move to MJ till he’s reassigned to another state, he said. Well he saw me online a few hours ago and he said he need help to get a list of car insurance companies and some car insurance information for the 50 states in the US. These days, saving sometimes is not enough. I have been thinking of taking some of what savings in the bank that does not earn much and you know with the way the economy goes sometimes, we cannot be sure if we’ll still have that money or not. But I am thinking of investing that way the money we worked hard for to earn and save will earn more compared to when we just keep them in the bank but of course there are risks involved. It have never crossed my mind as an option for me but why not given that gold is one of the safest way that one can protect the wealth they have accumulated. We may not have that much wealth to accumulate. But if you do have, take the opportunity to invest in this option. It is way more stable than our paper currency and over time it becomes more valuable. It is often protected from inflation so there is not much worry when the economy is not good.  People must learn how to invest and this has a great investment potential.

Golden Dream

Having a simple life should not stop us from dreaming right? There are times that I would think of having what I call the golden dream. It is that dream to be able to save enough money which will allow us to invest in gold. You can always consider safeguarding the money you have saved when buy gold bullion or gold coins. You can protect you money and investment by investing in such as it is much more stable and becomes more valuable as time goes by. Home Sweet Home

We really wanted to be living in our very own home sweet home. Who wouldn’t want it especially those who have a family of their own like us? The boys and I were at the mall yesterday before hubby went to work. We passed by these real estate agents from various real estate companies. It reminded me of our plan to get a new and better house located in a favorable place and location hopefully for hubby and our family.

As we were looking at a leaflet given to us, there were no computation on the home mortgage loan attached to it. I hope we have a free mortgage calculator which will help us us decide as it figures out the monthly payments of a possible home mortgage loan for us like based on selling price of the house, as well as the term of the desired loan, down payment required, plus the housing loan’s interest rate.

Knowing these info will help us decide if we can afford the new home mortgage loan if ever we decide to go for it. We might give up the old housing loan of the house we are still continuing to pay, if we could find a new home to buy. Well as for hubby and me, we too are determined to pursue our dream of having and living in our very own home.
