Life
Life is precious that is why we should take care of it and save it. Rest is Important
I have been reminded recently that rest is important. I have been quite sick lately. Well not that sick but a cough that recurred after two weeks caused some concern on my part. But when I took time to take some rest after the little guy is sent to school for two days, it had an immediate effect in that I think I got better faster. Maybe the late nights for me when I am catching up on work took its toll on me. It is like a cough due to stress and fatigue. Other than taking medicines, I think rest is important. More important now that we are not getting any younger!
News from a Family Friend
A family friend who we have not heard from for a long time after their family moved to the States more than a decade ago shared some news that their father had a heart problem. Their father was a good man. It is a rather sad news to hear from this bearing this kind of news.
