Not Easy Living With It
I took a break this afternoon from house chores. Out of my curiosity reading several times in the past about people who suffer from eczema since I was also asked by a freind to help her research a little about it, I did some browsing and I realized it isn’t really easy living with it. Just like people who suffer from some what similar conditions, it can sometimes cause severe depression, often teased, mocked, ostracize, or bullied and eventually leads to lifelong emotional damage. When the condition flares up as they call it, they probably don’t like going out and be seen by other people. Initially, it does catch some attention. They need help too and the empathy and the understanding that they wanted to be treated like normal people since from what I understood it isn’t contagious but painful, frustrating, and most often embarrassing for those who suffer from it.
Getting Used To
I am certainly getting used to the attitude of not being cared of even if I don’t like it when I am sick or in pain. Never learned when he got hospitalized and was in pain. I was hoping it becomes a learning experience but it seems not and just back to his old self. As they say you can’t teach old dogs new good tricks since that’s how the training went. Since I am the one more mature as they say, I should consider how H is no matter how frustrating it can be most of the time. I should have known and observed how things were when one is sick there. So it is given. Things won’t be made easy for me. I have to cope or I’ll be gone soon thanks to H for making me a stronger woman and mother for the lil boy and all that I am learning from all this. Love even those who hurt you, who takes you for granted and does not see and appreciate the sacrifices and work that I do. Love, love, love!
No Change
What is it with establishments and services we deal with lately? Honestly, they do trigger me being stressed as they have no change and they make it our concern and problem to give them the exact amount. Maybe they should be telling all their customers who call them to make sure we pay the exact amount or else they won’t deliver the goods and services. Sorry for the rant but it has somehow been a series of somewhat similar experiences with different companies the past two days. They don’t have change for the paper bills we tended for payment to them. I may after all need that anti wrinkle lotion my friend was telling me about. It is already hard to earn that money we pay them these days and they make us worry in paying them for their goods and services.
First, we run out of gas a few days ago. We called the usual distributor where we buy LPG a day after. Their delivery guys miraculously arrived in our place earlier than expected but they have no change for our one thousand bill. We had to dig into my bag and look for change in the room and my piggy bank just to accommodate them. Now we don’t have change for the taxi later on coz they took all our spare change. And exactly now that’s what happened with the MG taxi driver who seem to have no initiative of his own to look for change. He even told the guard at the mall where we dropped that we have not paid when in fact we already paid him and he just have no initiative to look for change when we already tendered payment for his service! Oh well some just want to make it inconvenient for their customers I guess! These kind of people in the business make us customers think twice if we avail of their service or product again. Yeah petty thing for some of you but they should also know how to make it convenient for their customers who tender payment and yet they don’t have change or care enough to find a way to get the change.
