I even forgot to bring any jacket as I went out last night for a quick trip to the VP Mall’s grocery to buy additional spaghetti sauce and a few other stuff. When I went back home, the wind blowing was colder. I was just glad I was able to find a ride back home immediately after I left the mall.

It was not raining but the cold weather is still here even if we’re almost through with January. Anyway, let’s cherish this for who knows how hot this coming summer maybe here.

The kids want to I had perfect time to check this raypak heat pump at PoolSupplyUnlimited.com when the little guy finally dozed off to sleep earlier. An old dear friend could use this heat pump designed to meet the exacting needs of the pool and spa professional as it offers a heat pump which provides rock solid performance at an affordable price. Yes just what she and especially her hubby is looking for to use at their little pool at home when the weather in their place is getting colder. Indeed a lot colder compared to what we experience here.
With our own weekend, I wish we can go out without having to deal with the rain. Of course they say, nothing would grow if there is no rain (water that is), but I wish the rain would just go away for now until we reach our planned destination. If only we can beg the rain to stop and go just like as if we have a remote control. Hehehe!

It became a bed weather Sunday! My mind and body is telling me I could use some sleep right now. We just came home from a fun trick or treat at the AMall after I had an errand at the bank which I need to do before the two day holidays that makes this a long weekend for most people. Though not for us, am thankful that hubby sacrificed his rest to be able to go with us.

I am honestly feeling under the weather since last night. If not for the little boy, I would have opted not to go with them today. But I had to be there and it had been fun despite not feeling really good. This bed weather now is not helping too since it makes me more sleepy. Yet I guess I really need rest.

I hope hubby could have rest too but he has work all weekend long when his office mate DS took his day off instead this week because of his wife’s birthday. That was okay but when hubby’s schedule changed to OT sleeping day off for the 1st day next month, I am not happy anymore. But I will just give this to his office mate though he could have at least informed hubby about it out of respect right? Okay might as well sleep it off than think about that again. Might as well take advantage of this bed weather! *wink*

I love the breeze outside. It has been quite a windy morning today. I love the weather this morning! Though now at noon it suddenly became cloudy and the weather is threatening to rain this afternoon. I hope not because the little boy had soccer class after school.

I went outside a few times sweeping the front area of our place, trying to relax and simply enjoying the nice weather with a breeze blowing almost whole morning. Thoughts of Christmas coming crossed my mind. Life is beautiful and there are still some things that remain beautiful no matter what you are going through in life right now.

We had dinner out with the boys at the CL resto in AAMall and just as we were about to go home, the rain poured down harder than I thought. This is the kind of rain that people fear after that flash flood in some parts of the city around midnight of June 28th.

Tonight I thought we cannot wait for it to stop or the taxis might no longer be available at the front area of the mall like that one time it rained so hard, we waited for more than an hour at the taxi lane with the little boy with us.

The weird thing with this rain tonight is that about a few minutes away from there on our way home, there was no rain in that area. While at the mall, the rain was really pouring hard that many people including employees in the mall were stranded as they wait for the rain to stop. We are just thankful here in our area, we are not that concerned of flood except in some streets around our area but not at our street.

Since that recent flash flood, people affected by that get concerned especially when it rains so hard at night. Stay safe and warm everyone!

The proposal for the school year to be moved from June to September has been revived once again. From what I heard it has been revived every year at this time around. If ever it will be moved, it is like following the school year followed by the school in the US and other countries. The main reason for this is due to the weather condition during the usually start of the rainy season late May or early June just in time when school starts in the country.

A Palace spokesperson said that they will be willing to listen to this proposal if there are other reasons aside from the weather or June being a rainy season. While according to Education Secretary Armin Luistro, they need to study a lot of the effects on this proposal if ever it will be implemented here in our country.

For me, I am fine with the school year that we have now. The weather is still unpredictable and has been becoming more unpredictable as the years go by.

It started out being a windy morning when hubby came home and I somehow loved it before it started to rain around noon time. A bed weather day it is but it did not really dampen my spirits to go out today with hubby. We had a few hours by ourselves to do a few errands and good thing though the rain stopped by the time we finished lunch at a very affordable buffet resto in town. It has been raining on and off for the past few days. Often I’d wake up to what seems to be an overcast sky. Yet I love it when it is like that yet not raining and when it’s windy! Nice cool weather to enjoy before summer comes in a couple of months time which according to the weather bureau will be a short, wet summer.

The local weather bureau says colder days yet to come. Cold winds from China to last until next month. The little boy and I would stay indoors most of the time unless it becomes sunny outside. I guess this paves way to more time playing inside just when I thought I’d want to start playing some games with the little boy outside so we can have more fresh air.

There are other things we can do if we stay indoors anyway. We could play more indoor games and hopefully watch less cartoons on TV. Come to think of it, I should ask hubby to help me find a nice pendant lighting perhaps that I have been looking for a few months back to put and use in the little boy’s room. I want to set up a sort of classroom like set-up too in his bedroom. Since he will be turning four this month, I’d want to teach him more on writing and coloring since his school teaches more on the other stuff. Staying indoors hopefully would mean more bonding time for me and the boys, less malling too.

I would love to lounge outside in the already shady part of the small front lawn space we have here. I was looking at those outdoor chair cushions in a house we passed by on our way home and that made me wish we also have that one. In the school where my son had his summer class, they have this lounge area but they don’t have outdoor cushions so I usually opt to stay inside in the parent’s waiting area though there are times that I want to lounge outside even if it means being with nannies who talk about their ward and their employers. You can’t help but hear a few gossips here and there. Anyway, what I want to do out there is just relax and enjoy the shade even in a hot summer afternoon while waiting for the lil boy.

At home, I rarely get to stay outside during afternoon as we usually just stay inside the house so the lil boy won’t sweat too much or worse get sick because it is sometimes too hot for him outside. But there are times that when hubby’s home then I may be able to stay outside unless of course the lil boy would love to join me. Now that would depend if the weather is good or not for the lil one to lounge outside.
